Jeff is a 1994 graduate from the school of Journalism at Winthrop University with a B.A. in Mass Communications. He has over 20 years of real estate management and property valuations experience dating back to the late 1990's as a commercial property manager for Edens and Avant, Inc. in Columbia, SC. In the early 2000's he worked as an asset management financial analyst for Real Estate Investment Trust portfolios with Hatfield Philips in Atlanta, GA. By 2004 he earned his certified residential appraiser license and partnered with BC Appraisal Services, Lexington, SC through the fall of 2012. In addition to his services with Acquire Real Estate, he presently is principle and staff residential appraiser for Bradshaw Appraisal Services which he founded in January of 2016. Jeff has a passion for spending his time outdoors managing land for the benefit of wildlife quality and engaging relationships where he can serve others. He is on the field pro-staff for AOK Turkey Calls and is a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, located in Irmo, South Carolina.
